WisEngineering, LLC is seeking a Packaging Engineer to provide production engineering support for advanced armaments packing and packaging systems. You will serve as the technical authority across IPTs, leading the planning and execution of design, development, and product improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Strong background in production or packaging engineering, defense industry experience preferred.
• IPT experience as the technical authority within cross-functional teams.
• Experience writing technical proposals and presenting solutions to clients.
• Exceptional presentation and technical writing skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for meetings and conferences.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Packaging Engineer: act as the primary packaging authority within cross-functional IPTs.
• Lead Engineering Lifecycle: plan, manage, and execute all technical phases of packaging design and production engineering.
• Drive Product Improvement: identify optimization opportunities and prepare technical proposals for clients.
• Stakeholder & Industry Engagement: present complex technical data at client briefings and conferences.
• Travel: up to 25% annually for team meetings and conferences.
