Coho Consulting Group is seeking an Operations Analyst to support organizational planning, operational analysis, and process improvements for the SOCOM Information Environment at Hurlburt Field, FL. The role assists Government leadership by analyzing metrics and assessing performance to enhance mission effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, experience with DoD programs, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government programs preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret and present operational data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational performance and operational metrics.
• Support development of strategic plans and operational initiatives.
• Research industry best practices and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical briefings.
• Collect and analyze operational data supporting leadership decisions.
• Monitor organizational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and technical personnel.
• Maintain operational documentation and reporting tools.
• Support resource planning and mission analysis activities.
• Assist with development of performance metrics and dashboards.
• Participate in operational planning meetings and working groups.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
