Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise or DoD networks.
• Familiar with Cisco Catalyst/Nexus gear and network monitoring.
• Strong TCP/IP troubleshooting and IP subnetting skills.
• Experience with IT modernization efforts and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; CCNA/Network+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of unclassified and classified network enclaves.
• Manage routers, switches, load balancers, and core equipment for 4,000+ users.
• Respond to Tier III incidents, isolate faults, and coordinate fixes.
• Support ECPs including hardware reconfig, firmware updates, topology changes.
• Assist with network upgrades, device refreshes, and design changes.
• Apply configuration baselines, document deviations, and corrective actions.
• Update Visio diagrams to reflect approved changes and keep docs current.
