Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks Network Controllers to support the Defense Information System Network across locations in the United States. Incumbents perform incident investigation and provide telecommunications support for critical warfighter networks, with 24/7 operations and active clearance strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in a technical discipline or equivalent experience accepted.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Conduct network and telecommunications system incident investigation.
• Identify and document network errors and solutions.
• Analyze network and telecommunications alarms and identify potential issues.
• Configure, test, install, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices to optimize performance and security posture.
• Configure, test, install, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices and phone systems, including VTC, call manager, trunk circuits.
• Configure, test, install, troubleshoot, and maintain MSPP, Promina, ATM, and Optical.
