Qualifications

• Combination: education and experience may qualify if the total percentage is at least 100%.
• Foreign education: if applicable, evaluated for equivalence to U.S. education.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests in Hematology, Chemistry, Urinalysis, Diagnostic Immunology, and Phlebotomy per guidelines.
• Set up equipment with correct patient ID and program information.
• Prepare specimens and obtain supplies for analysis.
• Evaluate specimen suitability and request repeats if unusable.
• Calibrate equipment and perform daily quality control.
• Input data into QC/QA logs and perform maintenance as required.
