Job summary

SA-TECH is hiring a Quality Control Inspector in St. Inigoes, MD to implement quality control and safety plans ensuring contract compliance. This manufacturing environment uses a distinct set of QC tools and processes.

Requirements include a HS Diploma, 3+ years inspecting to design tolerances, proficiency with measuring tools, U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance, plus successful background screening.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or technical training is preferred.
• Minimum of three years inspecting to design specifications.
• Proficient with measuring tools used for QC inspections.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Must pass background screening (SSN, Driver Record, background check).

Responsibilities

• Inspect all phases of goods/services for conformity to standards.
• Implement quality control and safety plans per regulations.
• Ensure all services meet the performance requirement summary.
• Specify inspection areas and frequency; communicate deficiencies.
• Maintain QC files and document inspection results.
• Review quality requirements to identify needed controls and tools.
