Job summary

WILLCOR Inc. is seeking a proactive Logistics Specialist with extensive DoD experience, ideally supporting NSA or Intelligence Community programs. You will manage complex logistics coordination, track actions through to completion, and communicate effectively with government and contractor stakeholders.

The role requires independent work in a high-visibility environment, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Logistics experience supporting DoD programs.
• Prior NSA or Intelligence Community experience preferred.
• Experience with program, mission, operational, or sustainment logistics.
• Coordinate across government, contractor, technical, and operational teams.
• Strong task tracking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a high-visibility environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
