Job summary

Paragon Technology Group in Vienna, VA seeks a System Administrator to support JECC workstation and networked environments, including NIPR, SIPR, JWICS and DoD imaging tools. You will install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot systems, manage accounts and permissions, and ensure compliance with security baselines.

This role collaborates with government service providers, supports exercises and events, and uses government ticketing systems to track incidents.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Minimum 5 years relevant system administration or enterprise IT operations.
Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Experience with DoD networks (NIPR/SIPR/JWICS) and enterprise Microsoft environments.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Install, operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and remove JECC-managed servers.
Provide Tier 1–2 system administration support.
Manage user accounts and permissions across NIPR/SIPR, Office 365, SharePoint Online.
Install and maintain desktop and laptop systems and networked peripherals.
Maintain security baseline images and compliance.
Use government ticketing systems and support reporting.
Support IT operations for exercises, deployments, events.
