Job summary

Falconwood, Inc. is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to liaison with Department of Navy stakeholders and oversee IT service delivery under the NEN program.

Responsibilities include contract oversight, project management for equipment and infrastructure, and translating customer needs into actionable requirements. You will support unpriced IT initiatives, address contract issues, and drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and proactive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• SECRET clearance (SSBI) required.
• 7+ years IT experience required.
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint in MS Office.
• Strong organizational and client management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Naval Enterprise Network (NEN) Program Office as a liaison to DoN stakeholders (CIOs, CTRs) for IT service requirements.
• Provide contract oversight to ensure IT services meet contract specifications.
• Provide project management oversight for equipment refresh, delivery, infrastructure, software and legacy transition projects.
• Assist in translating customer needs into actionable requirements for new/unpriced IT work.
• Identify contract execution issues and develop mitigation plans to address disputes.
• Promote customer satisfaction through proactive communications and stakeholder engagement.
