Job summary

Falconwood, Inc. provides executive level consultants and programmatic support to DoD IT initiatives. They are seeking an ISSO to plan, implement, and maintain RMF, develop security documentation, and collaborate with the ISSM and stakeholders to ensure DoD/Navy policies are followed.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and 3+ years of ISSO experience in a DoD environment, with a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Cybersecurity or related field. NMCI experience is a plus; travel not required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Minimum 3+ years as an ISSO in a DoD environment; NMCI experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and maintain RMF for assigned systems.
• Develop and maintain SSPs, SARs, and POA&Ms.
• Collaborate with ISSM, system owners, and security professionals.
• Provide security guidance and training to system users.
• Prepare security briefings for management.
