Job summary

RSC2, Inc. is seeking an Information Security Manager to join our Aberdeen, MD team. The role focuses on supporting Authority To Operate (ATO) through RMF, C&A activities, and continuous monitoring across SIPRNET and NSANet environments.

You will guide accreditation packages, perform vulnerability assessments, and coordinate with PMs, NSA, INSCOM, and other agencies. Strong DoD policy knowledge and eMASS/XACTA experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science or closely related field.
• Requires 7+ years of Cybersecurity related experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with CI Poly.
• IAT Level II Baseline Certification.
• Experience with eMASS (SIPR) and XACTA (NSANet).
• Knowledge of DoD policies and RMF/500-series regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in accreditation working groups and technical interchange meetings.
• Support cybersecurity and system engineering test events.
• Track IAVA, FISMA, Auditing and other cybersecurity requirements through NSA and Army reporting systems.
• Process cybersecurity documentation through XACTA/eMASS to support Army ISR aircraft accreditation.
• Advise PM SAI on current cybersecurity requirements for fielded and prototype systems.
• Provide technical guidance focused on information security architecture.
• Support lab and development environment accreditations and cybersecurity duties.
• Track Command Cyber Readiness Inspection requirements for fielded systems.
