Job summary

Spry Squared, a federal services contractor, seeks a Senior Policy Strategist to lead policy development and project management in Records Management, PRA, DoD Forms Management, and DoD Privacy Impact Assessment.

You will support the DoD CIO CSI Directorate, adjudicate complex documents, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with privacy and records laws while delivering measurable improvements in throughput and policy effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen with active SECRET or TOP SECRET clearance.
• Master's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Ability to review complex documents and adjudicate in contrast to compiling reports.
• Proven Project Management skills in managing multiple, simultaneous projects with strict adherence to resources and timelines.
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience; translating complex technical concepts into plain language for executives.
• High-level PowerPoint and writing skills to translate technical requirements into executive-level briefings.
• Brainstorming: generating innovative ideas to enhance existing policy and procedures.
• Ability to interpret complex information from different sources and extract meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policy guidance for DoD Information Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review and improve existing policies.
• Provide input for disposition plans and records management procedures.
• Ensure privacy and records laws compliance across DoD and OCIO programs.
• Lead and manage multiple projects with resource baselines and timelines.
• Support training materials for RM personnel and contractor staff.
