Job summary

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree with 12 years total experience (8 in budget specialization), or 16 years total with 8 in specialization.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance or willingness to obtain CI after start.
• 12+ years total experience with 8 years specialized in DoD/IC budgeting.
• Specialized budget execution and planning/programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform budget and cost analysis supporting PPB&E activities with models and tools.
• Prepare, coordinate, and present budgets including IPOM/IPBS and CJB/CBJB submissions.
• Reconcile budgets, track expenditures, and develop financial analysis tools.
• Schedule monthly OSP Resource Reviews and update budget status.
• Support monthly/quarterly reporting to NGA, IC, and Congress.
• Prepare financial reports and briefings with visual aids for senior leadership.
