Job summary

Integrated Data Services (IDS) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with extensive DoD/DoW financial management and FMS reconciliation knowledge. The role focuses on AFSC program support, case reconciliation and closure, and training for government customers.

Strong acquisition, budgeting, and data integration experience is required. The ideal candidate will guide clients through complex financial processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and travel as needed while providing on-site support

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) within a DoD/DoW organization.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with FMS reconciliation and case closure processes.
• CCaR™ certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex financial discrepancies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and government personnel.
• Proficiency with government financial and accounting systems and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Act as a financial and technical consultant for a DoD/DoW program management and financial management system.
• Leverage expertise in FMS processes to help customers reconcile and close cases per regulations.
• Analyze, structure, and review financial data for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform reconciliation of data between financial systems to resolve discrepancies and support case closure.
• Review and monitor financial forecasts, accounting data, and case progress daily.
• Provide subject matter expertise on DoD/DoW financial and acquisition processes to support operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure timely case closures.
• Support government financial office initiatives including reports, data quality assessments, and data integration improvements.
• Otherwise support a government financial office.
