Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, LLC is seeking a Financial Management Functional Team Lead to oversee financial management across programs, lead budget processes, and deliver senior leadership reports. The role involves coordinating a team, standardizing processes, and ensuring accurate financial planning for DoD-related programs.

The position requires DoD PPBE experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD PPBE budgeting processes and cost estimating.
• Proficiency in ACEIT and related financial management tools.
• Strong budget formulation, obligation/disbursement analysis.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to generate senior leadership financial reports.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management support across PAE MP.
• Support PPBE, SPAR, POM development, spend plans, budget processes.
• Reconcile appropriations and develop senior leadership reports.
• Support LCCEs, LCSPs, IGCEs, acquisition packages, and fiscal risk reviews.
• Lead and coordinate the financial support team and standardize PMO processes.
