ULU HI-TECH, INC. is seeking a skilled System s Engineer at mid-level to support a large-scale, globally distributed DoD network environment.

The role encompasses LAN/WAN/WLAN management, routing, switching, security, and Tier III troubleshooting, with collaboration across cybersecurity professionals and program stakeholders. You will lead engineering efforts, implement changes, and maintain high availability for one of the world's largest intranet environments, operating in a on-site Pearl

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of relevant professional experience; or Master’s degree with 6–10 years of relevant professional experience.
Equivalent education and experience substitutions may be considered at the Hiring Manager's discretion.
Active Secret security clearance required; Top Secret eligible.
DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level III certification such as CASP+, CISSP, CCNP Security; CCNA/CCNP/CCIE considered.
Experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN environments; strong incident escalation and Tier III support.

Responsibilities

Lead efforts to identify and resolve complex network issues in a large enterprise environment.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, VLANs, wireless APs, firewalls, and sensors.
Serve as Tier III escalation resource for complex incidents and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Act as SME for troubleshooting across multiple network disciplines and teams.
Ensure defense-in-depth security for enterprise network infrastructure; apply monitoring and change control.
