Job summary

SAIC is seeking an Enterprise Systems Architect located in Pearl City, Hawaii to support PACOM by developing, documenting, and analyzing enterprise, operational, and system architectures for the DoD command headquarters.

You will work with DoDAF/UAF-compliant views, collect operational data, and collaborate with subject matter experts to produce architecture products and plans. A strong background in UML, architecture frameworks, and MS Office is required; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with nine years' experience; four additional years may substitute for degree.
• Experience with architecture tools and modeling representations to model static and dynamic relationships.
• Experience working with UML.
• Working knowledge of DoDAF/UAF or other key DoD architecture guidance.
• Advanced Word and PowerPoint to develop reports and presentations.
• Production of DoDAF/UAF-compliant warfighter domain architectures; exposure to cyberwarfare concepts.

Responsibilities

• The Enterprise Architect develops and analyzes enterprise, operational, and system architectures for DOD PACOM headquarters.
• Develops DODAF/UAF-compliant views and associated data, coordinating with subject matter experts.
• Prepares, staffs, and publishes formal Command architecture documents and briefs.
• Identifies mission capability gaps and recommends architectural/IT or process solutions; drafts related documents.
