Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Defense Mission Professional to lead a small, high-tempo team on DoD projects and to analyze complex systems and policies with your F-15 aircrew background and JMPS expertise.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, adapt to shifting schedules, and travel up to 25% while maintaining readiness for recall. A Secret clearance and HS diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as F-15 aircrew with 1,000 F-15 hours.
• Experience with JMPS 2020 or later.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of advanced weapon concepts and fighter tactics.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Ability to update the Link 16 Network Design Load (NDL) from OPSTASKLINK.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a small, high-tempo mission planning team under intense pressure, handling short or no-notice tasks and occasional weekend work for deployed issues and interface closely with the configuration control manager of Mission Planning Equipment (MPE) and JMPS.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules based on F-15 units’ operational tempo, including on-call periods with possible 24/7 recall within two hours of notification on weekends and holidays.
