Job summary

Technical Assent seeks a systems analyst to assist DoW/DoD in managing contractor data and improving decision support. You will work with procurement data, develop use cases, and workshop solutions with stakeholders, spending ~3 days/week on-site in Alexandria, VA.

Familiarity with MS Excel, SharePoint, and data visualization tools is essential. You will translate requirements into actionable plans, support policy development, and help deliver training materials and dashboards for government

Qualifications

• Experience with large data sets to identify trends and diagnose inconsistencies.
• Experience with MS Excel to create pivot tables, graphs, and basic automation.
• Ability to communicate strategies in large organizations and facilitate meetings.
• Experience documenting requirements as user stories and epics in Agile environments.
• Active security clearance or the ability to obtain DoD SECRET or Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Support senior DoW clients in governance of major contractor management systems.
• Develop policy, budget information, and present functional sponsor opinions.
• Coordinate with PMO, CC&B, and client to implement new rules and system changes.
• Facilitate meetings, produce summaries, and support feature rollouts for ADVANA apps.
• Analyze procurement datasets from SAM.gov and other sources to improve data quality.
