Job summary

ARSIEM Corporation in Pensacola, FL seeks a DoD Instructor to deliver Cyberspace Operations training (Windows/Linux) in a military environment. You will conduct lectures, labs, and practical exercises, and help students meet course outcomes.

The role requires developing curricula, assessing proficiency, and delivering instruction through various formats while supporting DoD standards. TS/SCI is not required but certifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus two years of CO experience, or four years CO in lieu of degree.
• Experience in Defensive or Offensive Cyberspace Operations.
• Experience in adult learning with large classes.
• U.S. Military instructor certification or designation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CO training for Windows or Linux in a military environment.
• Develop training curriculum, guides, exams, and exercises.
• Provide instruction per course Program of Instruction.
• Conduct labs, tutoring, and remedial instruction for up to twenty students per class.
• Incorporate technical knowledge into training delivery and assess student proficiency.
• Deliver instruction via synchronous and asynchronous methods.
• Review materials and recommend curriculum changes.
• DoD Level II certifications are desirable but not required.
