Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support the Test and Training Group. The role requires deep knowledge of DoD cybersecurity principles, RMF, and proactive risk management across system lifecycles.

You will assist ISSMs/ISSOs, implement DoD policies, review vulnerability reports, and help secure custom applications. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of full cybersecurity life cycle experience for DoD systems.
• DoD cybersecurity regulations, RMF documentation, and standard tools familiarity.
• Must possess DoD 8570 IAM Level II certification standards or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support ISSMs and ISSOs across a portfolio of Army programs.
• Implement DoD cybersecurity policies and RMF procedures for IS and PIT systems.
• Coordinate corrective actions in response to incidents or vulnerabilities.
• Maintain up-to-date cybersecurity documentation and ensure access for authorized users.
• Review reports from penetration tests, static analysis, and vulnerability scans.
• Analyze network architecture, data flows, and personnel assignments for vulnerabilities.
• Contribute to ongoing system security improvements and to secure custom applications.
• Develop SSPs, SOPs, and artifacts to comply with RMF guidelines.
