Job summary

Astrion is seeking a Journeyman Cybersecurity Engineer to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center-Ground Base Air Defense Sensor division at Tinker AFB, OK. The role requires active TS clearance and DoD cybersecurity expertise to sustain missions and protect critical systems.

The engineer will contribute to RMF/ A&A activities, oversee security controls, and collaborate with government and contractor teams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree and 7+ years of DoD experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance is required; Security+ is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication of technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Assist RMF Authorization and Accreditation activities per DoD and Air Force guidance.
• Develop and maintain security documentation and RMF controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure RMF A&A approvals.
