Job summary

Quantech Services Inc. is seeking a cost analyst to develop life cycle cost estimates for DoD weapon system programs and to analyze historical data using regression analysis. You will work with cost analysts and subject matter experts to translate data into cost impacts for government programs.

The role requires strong statistical modeling, data visualization, and experience with Agile Software Development/Pathway programs. On-site in Colorado Springs with a security clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in analyzing datasets and developing statistical models.
• Able to translate programmatic/technical data into cost impacts for the government.
• Experience solving problems in ambiguous environments with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data science, machine learning, visualization and BI tools is a plus.
• Experience with Agile Software Development and SWP programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop life cycle cost estimates for DoD weapon system programs.
• Analyze historical data and develop cost estimating relationships using regression analysis.
• Study, analyze, and develop metrics for complex software development programs.
• Build complex spreadsheet-based program cost models used as decision analysis tools.
• Assist program managers in development and execution of contract strategies and program plans.
• Apply statistics concepts to quantify probability of budget/schedule success.
