Job summary

Quantech Services, Inc. is seeking a Cost Estimator Associate to support the C3I&N Directorate at Lackland AFB in San Antonio.

The role focuses on life cycle cost estimates for DoD weapon system programs, regression analysis, and building complex cost models. Required are 3–7 years of DoD cost analysis experience, familiarity with ACEIT and DoD Lifecycle Cost Estimating, and the ability to work independently within cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven cost insights.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of DoD or USG cost analysis experience or relevant quantitative analysis experience.
• Familiar with ACEIT and DoD Lifecycle Cost Estimating.
• Ability to work independently and apply proper procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop life cycle cost estimates for DoD weapon system programs.
• Analyze historical data and develop cost estimating relationships using regression analysis.
• Build complex spreadsheet-based program cost models for decision analysis.
• Support program managers in contract strategy and program planning.
