• Use cost data sources and methodologies to support decision‑making.
• Perform risk analysis related to program cost estimates.
• Prepare cost analysis reports and briefings for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with management, engineering, and finance to validate assumptions.
• Track actual costs against estimates and budgets.
• Support Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and other cost documentation.
• Identify cost trends and opportunities for efficiency.
