Job summary

VivSoft Technologies in Colorado Springs is seeking a Contract Analyst to manage the full contract lifecycle for Defense Health Agency, ensuring compliance with Federal and DoD regulations.

You will lead end-to-end acquisition activities, perform price/cost analysis, interpret FAR/DFARS, advise program offices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, accurate procurement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Federal procurement experience required.
• 5+ years as a Federal Government employee (1102 or equivalent).
• 5+ years supporting Federal acquisitions in similar roles.
• Expert knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and DoD policies.
• Strong cost and price analysis experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end acquisition lifecycle activities.
• Perform price and cost analysis.
• Interpret FAR/DFARS/DoD policies for compliance.
• Provide advisory support to program offices.
• Develop and manage contract documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support implementation of new acquisition initiatives.
• Utilize acquisition systems for data and reporting.
