Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact with government representatives and clients on contract status, modifications, and issues.
• Review, analyze and interpret contracts including terms, pricing, deliverables, and compliance.
• Monitor contract performance, track milestones and enforce obligations.
• Negotiate terms and modifications as needed.
• Prepare and submit accurate contract deliverables to customers.
• Maintain thorough documentation of contract changes and communications.
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance.
