Job summary

Odme-Solutions,-LL seeks a Configuration Management Specialist to support GCCS-M baselines, software baseline integrity, and life-cycle records in a DoD environment. You will help manage change records, SBOMs, and credentials across development, test, and operational labs.

Responsibilities include E-CN processing, CCB prep, PKI cert management, SMRs, license tracking, and SOP adherence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and TIMs ensures secure, timely software releases.

Qualifications

• BS in a STEM field, plus 0-2 years of DoD/Navy experience preferred.
• Active Secret Clearance preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software suite.
• Experience with Product Life-cycle Management (PLM) Tools CMPRO, Aras, TeamCenter, etc) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end processing and administration of Enterprise Change Notices (E-CNs), engineering change requests, and variance documentation.
• Maintain software baseline integrity across development, test, and operational lab environments.
• Support Configuration Control Board (CCB) preparation, documentation, and action-item tracking.
• Generate and manage PKI certificates for secure software distribution and authentication.
• Administer software intake and release life-cycle via Software Media Requests (SMRs) and Software Number Requests.
• Support generation, cataloging, and validation of SBOMs per DoD software supply chain standards.
• Track, audit, and maintain software licenses across tools/databases for licensing compliance.
• Perform FAM/software fulfillment activities for MGF systems and baselines.
• Participate in TIMs to align CM activities with releases, patches, and security posture.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to identify configuration impacts early in development life-cycle.
• Maintain and update internal wiki pages, Confluence spaces, and knowledge repositories.
• Assist in day-to-day lab configuration management, hardware/software tracking, media handling, and lab operations.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure repeatable, audit-ready processes.
