Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Cleared Security Officer (Unarmed) to protect personnel, property and information at client sites in Huntsville, AL. The officer will operate under site-specific security procedures and receive training aligned with clearance level.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience) and a DoD clearance. Prior security or law enforcement experience is preferred and strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• DoD security clearance required; national security considerations.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality security services protecting people, property, and information.
• Conduct patrols on foot, bicycle, or vehicle.
• Greet guests and escort visitors to secure entry/exit points.
• Follow site manuals and post orders; report safety concerns and incidents.
• Respond to alarms and act as first responder in emergencies.
• Maintain clear written and oral communication with client and security staff.
