Job summary

RTX is seeking a Control Account Manager (CAM) to lead Earned Value Management, budgeting, and schedule control for the AN/TPY-2 programs. The role requires active security clearance and can be based in Woburn, MA or Huntsville, AL.

You will drive cost control, EAC submissions, and risk management processes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The CAM will collaborate with IPTs/CPTs, manage subcontractors, and ensure timely reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management, cost control, and project performance reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (lookup, pivot, macros, queries).

Responsibilities

• Define monthly variances to Budget and EAC positions.
• Submit accurate EAC inputs and update Tracking Book.
• Produce Variance reports and support Risk/Opportunity management.
• Provide staffing inputs for Operating Working Person (OWP).
• Lead CPT/CP leadership in MR requests and cost control.
• Assist IPTs/CPTs with scope baselining and financial questions.
