Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in federal or DoD budgeting, financial management, or cost analysis.
• Experience developing cost estimates, including IGCEs, POEs, and ROMs.
• Demonstrated experience tracking and reconciling funding.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and tracking of budgets and financial plans.
• Monitor execution of obligation plans and report on funding status.
• Conduct special studies and analyses for cost-effective program execution.
