Job summary

COLSA is seeking a seasoned professional to support DoD acquisition processes and analytical methods for USG information gathering, analysis, and problem solving. The role includes documenting acquisition activities, drafting requirements, and assisting with quality control while leveraging automated MIS tools.

Responsibilities cover supporting SRR to PRR reviews, establishing program metrics, and providing schedule and cost analysis across the full life cycle of DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in the respective DoD field, or high school diploma with 15+ years of related DoD experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Support DoD acquisition events and reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, TCM, FCA, PCA, PRR).
• Develop and analyze program metrics and data requirements.
• Track technical metrics and report status to USG.
• Assist with JCIDS, CDD/CPD/CONOPS translation into RFP documents.
• Facilitate capability planning and integration with AF/USG programs.
• Promote Modeling, Simulation & Analysis across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Support cost, schedule, and performance data collection and reviews.
