Job summary

Systems Technology Forum (STF) seeks a seasoned documentation specialist for DoD programs in the San Diego area. Hybrid role with 75% telework and 2 days onsite weekly.

Responsibilities include preparing acquisition docs, user guides, and manuals while ensuring compliance with DoD templates and security markings. Requires at least five years in DoW Acquisition, CARD knowledge, and experience with DoW 5000 series; BA/BS and PMP/DAWIA PM II (or equivalent) preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of DoW Acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Cost Analysis Requirements Document (CARD).
• Experience with DoW 5000 series and related policies.
• Experience developing/updating requirements documents (CDD, ICD, IS-ICD, IS-CDD, RDP, KPIs).
• Degree and certifications as listed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate documentation for compliance with templates and formatting requirements.
• Ensure documents meet contractual and government standards including markings and distribution.
• Support creation of user guides, technical manuals, and administration docs.
• Prepare and edit reference and product manuals; coordinate with engineers and managers.
• QA reviews of documentation; assist with release and change processes.
