Skills:

• Documentum 6.x, 7.X Technology
• Experience in Documentum development, deployment, and debugging
• Knowledge in development/debugging of Documentum services
• Monitor and maintain Documentum server; resolve technical issues; analyze system performance and address bottlenecks
• Provide second-tier support for operating systems and servers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Support system and application integration and implementation on specific platforms
• Coordinate testing on new hardware and software
• System administration experience with Captiva, IRM, JBOSS
• Familiarity with Documentum in Linux/Solaris environments and Weblogic
• Strong problem-solving skills; participate in incident management and escalation
• Ensure effective communication among support teams, technical teams, and customers
