Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Associate Specialist Documentation to join the Product Stewardship group, supporting the EP Business Unit. The role focuses on document control, change requests, and cross-functional collaboration in a regulated environment, with onsite work in Plymouth.

The ideal candidate offers 2+ years of regulated experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of quality systems; a related degree is preferred. Onsite position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a regulated environment.
  • Proficient with Excel.
  • Experience with quality systems and document management tools, Windchill preferred.
  • Associate’s Degree or higher; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process change requests for new documents and revisions.
  • Maintain and organize the Document Control System per quality and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support Facilities and EHS teams with document processing and vendor onboarding.
  • Assist with documentation related to contracts, purchases, and project processes.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams and support general office functions for Facilities and EHS departments.
