Verdegard is seeking a detail‑oriented Health Plan Document Specialist to support development and maintenance of Plan Documents, SOBs, SBCs, health plan ID cards, and related materials. Summary
Assist in the development and maintenance of Plan Documents, Schedules of Benefits (SOB), Summary of Benefits & Coverage (SBC), health plan ID cards, departmental policies, procedures, process workflows and standard operating procedures as well as other related materials such as reference guides, reports, and presentations. Create and maintain policies, procedures and document repository. Perform quality checks and process daily ID card orders.

BS/BA and 1+ years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office / Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Excel.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
