Responsibilities

We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking Documentation Operations Specialist (DocOps) to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven tools and workflows that transform technical documentation management. This role intersects Documentation, DevOps, and Artificial Intelligence, ideal for someone passionate about automation, content quality, and scalable systems.

• Architect and implement AI/ML-powered solutions (e.g., generative AI, NLP, LLMs) to accelerate content creation, review, and maintenance.
• Build pipelines integrated with CI/CD systems and documentation platforms (e.g., Markdown, Docusaurus, ReadTheDocs, Confluence).
• Collaborate with technical writers, engineers, and product managers to identify automation opportunities and AI enhancements.
• Develop and maintain custom tools and scripts (e.g., prompt templates, content validators, auto-summarizers, translation/localization bots).
• Design AI-based quality assurance systems to detect inconsistencies, outdated content, or missing documentation.
• Implement structured content practices (e.g., MDX, YAML-based configs).
• Stay updated on AI trends and evaluate new technologies or APIs beneficial to the documentation toolchain.
• Educate teams on AI-assisted authoring best practices and maintain documentation for internal tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in DocOps, DevOps, or technical documentation roles.
• Experience with LLMs and AI/ML platforms and solutions.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and systems (e.g., Git, static site generators, API docs).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an automation-first mindset.
• Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, MCP systems.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing requirements.
• Self-starter attitude with independent learning and problem-solving capabilities.
