BlockReel is seeking a motivated Production Coordinator to help manage a documentary feature in New York. You will keep the shooting schedule organized and ensure on-the-ground logistics run smoothly, coordinating crew and equipment rentals, tracking expenses, and supporting the production manager and director.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in documentary production coordination, solid organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. NYC production logistics familiarity is a big plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in production coordination for documentaries or independent features.
• Familiarity with NYC production logistics is a big plus.
• Proficiency with scheduling and budgeting software is essential.

Responsibilities
