Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Creative Assistant on the Documentaries team in Culver City. You will support producers, directors, and cross-functional partners by managing schedules, coordinating travel, and handling day-to-day operations to keep projects moving smoothly.

This role focuses on organizing calendars, planning team events, processing expenses, and maintaining documentation while liaising with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Qualifications

• 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
• Experience with executive level calendar management.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders, applying an understanding of shifting priorities to ensure the best use of everyone's time.
• Plan, organize, and execute team events and meetings, coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and communicating with internal and external partners.
• Create and process expense reports and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable guidelines and policies.
• Build and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and process improvements that increase team efficiency and drive consistent results.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, track key deliverables to completion, and follow up on outstanding action items.
