The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and basic MS Office skills. You will read handwritten file numbers, verify placements, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily targets while adhering to client policies and company dress

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of relevant document production/warehouse experience.
• Willingness to learn on the job.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
• Exceptional customer service and clear verbal/written communication.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of financial documents for storage or retrieval.
• Work independently to meet daily production goals.
• Read handwritten file numbers/letters.
• Identify where a file/document should go.
• Data entry and research when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow client security rules.
• Comply with device policy and dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Meet deadlines and work with others in a team.
