SPS-North America Opportunities - Not Externally Posted Board is seeking a Document Warehouse Clerk in Santa Ana, CA. You will unpack boxes, stage for storage, locate and retrieve documents, and support daily production goals.

The role requires basic math, data entry, and the ability to learn quickly. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment while complying with security and dress code policies.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in document production/warehouse or related work.
• Comfort with on‑the‑job training and learning new systems.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Process high volumes of financial documents for storage or retrieval.
• Unload banker boxes and prep for scan or on-site filing.
• Meet/exceed daily production expectations independently.
• Read hand-written file numbers/letters accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security policies.
