The Document Services Manager position at Complete Legal is vital to our operations in the Document Services department. As our company continues to experience growth, we are looking to expand our team. This in-office position focuses on processing paper and electronic data to meet client specifications. You'll be responsible for printing or scanning documents, processing electronic files, and working on projects based on client needs.

This is a fast-paced industry where no two days are alike, and you’ll play a crucial role in delivering quality services to law firms involved in the litigation process.

**Required Survey**

Requirements

  • Must have experience with IPRO
  • Must have experience with ReadySuite

As an Operations Manager, your job will be, but not limited to these core responsibilities:

  • Strong understating of Complete Legals’ Values and Culture. As the Manager you will need to promote these Values and be the example.
  • Check in projects, review job instructions for accuracy and communicate with Sales any questions on the project in a concise manner.
  • Monitor and update job board and deadlines. Communicate any issues that arise that might compromise a deadline.
  • Train and supervise employees.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports.
  • Oversee and order the company's operations inventory to ensure your floor is stocked.
  • Work closely with the Sales department on quotes for new projects, timeline management and deadlines.
  • Making sure tasks are finished to perfection
  • This position is 25% on the operations floor and 75% on management tasks.
  • Strong work ethic and Attention to detail
  • Problem solving

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 35-pound document boxes.
  • Vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision
