Job description

KLDiscovery, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is currently seeking attorneys who are actively licensed in any US jurisdiction and desire an engaging work environment where they are valued and respected. We have an ongoing need for Document Reviewers.

Document Reviewers will review documents for complex litigation matters using an electronic review platform to code for relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege. This position is project-based, and successful candidates will be considered temporary contingent employees.

This is an excellent opportunity to practice and expand your legal experience by providing valuable insight into the discovery process in different areas of litigation!

• Remote work-from-home opportunity
• Pay rate: $30 per hour
• Duration varies from 1 week to over 6 months, depending on the project
• Flexible scheduling; must commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week between 7 AM and 7 PM Monday through Thursday, and 7 AM to 5 PM on Fridays
• Overtime may be available based on project demands, at the discretion of the client

Qualifications

• Reside in Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia, or DC
• Active bar admission/license in any US jurisdiction
• Experience with electronic document review in complex litigation, using platforms like Nebula and Relativity (preferred)
• Experience coding documents for relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege (preferred)
• Experience with quality control and preparing privilege and redaction logs (desired)
• Secure home office with high-speed internet and a computer running Windows 10/11 or Mac Monterey (12), Ventura (13), Sonoma (14), or newer
• Proficiency with modern technology and remote work equipment
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills
