Looking for attorneys with oil & gas experience to assist with document review and lease analysis projects in the oil and gas industry. The work is remote, using your equipment, and involves reviewing oil and gas documents for litigation discovery or M&A due diligence. Prior oil and gas title / land management experience is strongly desired. A current attorney license is required. Projects are expected to last several months. Pay is $35-$40/hour with overtime on hours >40/week. Benefits available after initial waiting period.

Details:

• Pay: $35-$40/hr
• Employment by Solvaire Technologies (W2, taxes withheld), working under attorneys at Babst Calland
• Part-time (minimum 25 hrs/week) to full-time; OT paid on hours >40/week
• Initially remote; possible on-site work in Pittsburgh later
