Job description

Title: Document Remediation Lead/CCM Lead

We are looking for a person with experience working on any of the CCM tools i.e (Quadient, Opentext Exstream or Docmosis)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own intake and prioritization of document issues; maintain a clear actionable queue.
• Establish a lightweight style guide (fonts, spacing, headers/footers, pagination).
• Create and maintain master templates and reusable components for consistency.
• Perform hands-on remediation of layout/branding issues across PDF, Word, and scanned inputs.
• Implement and run basic automation (PDF to Word conversion, gridline removal, OCR) and batch fix scripts/macros.
• Set up a visual before/after diff process to prevent layout drift and ensure print consistency.
• Validate pagination, typography and brand compliance, log defects and fixes.
• Define/verify merge fields and placeholders to ensure clean integration with application workflows.
• Maintain version control and an audit trail for templates and document changes.
• Document repeatable fixes and convert recurring issues into scripted automations.
