We have an opening for a Document Operations Specialistto support Records Management in the Document Management Center (DMC). The position will support the Superblock nuclear complex. You will manage facility documents and records in accordance with all LLNL, DOE and ES&H requirements. You may also serve as additional support in the areas of document control or information management application development.This position is in the Strategic Deterrence Directorate.
This position requires full-time on-site presence due to the nature of the work.
This position will be filled at eitherlevel based on knowledge and related experience as assessed by the hiring team. Additional job responsibilities (outlined below) will be assigned if hired at the higher level.

Pay Range
$94,560 - $138,888 Annually
$94,560 - $115,728 Annually for the A07.2 level
$113,400 - $138,888 Annually for the A07.3 level

Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities requireseparate approval. Hearing aids without wireless capabilities or wireless that has been disabled are allowed in Limited Areas, Secure Space and Transit/Buffer Space within buildings.
