Job description

**The Opportunity:**CACI is seeking a Document Management Analyst II to support the Disability Rights Section (DRS) of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). This position will support the review, processing, organization, and management of incoming correspondence and documentation in accordance with DRS policies and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Review, categorize, and process incoming materials and documentation.* Ensure documents are accurately routed to the appropriate individuals or departments.* Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic records and files.* Track correspondence, case-related materials, and supporting documentation.* Perform quality-control reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.* Support document management, filing, and records maintenance activities.* Manage a high volume of information while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.* Follow established procedures, policies, and document-handling requirements.* Maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information.**Qualifications:** *Required:** Three years of experience on major litigation support projects or undergraduate degree.* Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment.* Must have excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities.* Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, data processing environments, including office automation networks, PC-based databases and other applications, internet and server-based databases and other applications, such as Oracle, Relativity or other document review platform, Trial Director, etc.* Should be a knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.* Familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources.* Experience with databases, document management systems, and Excel preferred, but not required. *Desired:* * Experience with databases, document management systems, and Excel preferred, but not required.-**What You Can Expect:****A culture of integrity.**At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do. The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.**Minimum Required Hourly Wage:**$28.45There are a host of other factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographical location, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
