• Ability to work a flexible schedule, based on bank needs, as determined by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Accurately index all loan and deposit related documents in the bank’s imaging system.
• Classify scanned documentation by type through data entry and field form indexing according to established procedures.
• Ensure that the image quality of scanned documents is appropriate and conforms to company standards.
• Ability to perform work at established production rates.
• Performs other duties as assigned and supports all areas of loan operations.
• Contribute to the success of the department with willingness to share in all department responsibilities, as required or assigned.
• Complying with privacy policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality and information protection.
• Complying with all federal, state and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures.
• Completing and passing all required regulatory compliance training as assigned.
• Perform any additional duties and tasks assigned by management.

Job Duties

Our Company’s culture supports customers in achieving their financial goals and dreams. The Full-Time Document Imaging Specialist position is a back office position with minimal customer contact. The Document Imaging Specialist is responsible for efficiently and accurately indexing scanned loan and deposit documents while verifying the quality of digital images. You’ll be able to help contribute to this by:

Education, Experience & Licenses

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with windows based software programs Data entry and general PC skills
• Minimum 6 months previous banking or general accounting experience preferred.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position. Most Full-Time employees are also offered 6 paid holidays and Part Time employees are offered pro-rated paid holidays. In addition, employees in Utah and Nevada may be eligible for pay for certain state recognized holidays.
