Job summary

Security Mutual Life Insurance is seeking a Document Specialist responsible for creating, maintaining, and testing program coding sections. You will develop documents, run tests, and create queries and reports to support product filings and regulatory changes.

The role requires experience with Word, Excel, Access, and C# programming in a life insurance context, with 2–3 years of related experience preferred. Associates degree in Business is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Business required. Degree in related field acceptable.
Experience with Life Insurance products preferred.
2-3 years of related experience preferred.
Document development and testing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain program sections and other documents using Publishing software for new products, maintenance, approvals, enhancements, and regulation changes.
Test program sections and documents, create test plans, and resolve printing and generation issues.
Implement program sections and documents and confirm functionality; update checklists and notify internal clients when complete.
Create queries and reports using database software for testing purposes.
Create and update documents using word processing software for the Product Filing team.
