Job summary

We are seeking a document control professional to manage project documentation across EPC projects, ensure version control, and support engineering, construction readiness, and closeout activities.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of document control or project coordination experience.
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficient with Excel, SharePoint, and document management systems.
  • Experience with EPC, construction, or engineering project support.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • No certifications required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage intake, control, distribution, and archival of project documentation across EPC projects.
  • Maintain document control systems to ensure current documents are available to engineering, construction, and project management teams.
  • Enforce version control, naming conventions, and document workflows.
  • Track document status, revisions, approvals, and transmittals.
  • Coordinate document exchanges with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support engineering deliverables, construction readiness, and project closeout packages.
  • Identify risks related to missing or late documentation and escalation appropriately.
  • Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Basic (Required) Qualifications


  • Minimum Years: 2 to 4 years of document control or project coordination experience.

  • Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Hard Skills: Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, document management systems.

  • Previous Experience: EPC, construction, or engineering project support.

  • Certifications: None required.

  • Other Requirements: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Soft Skills: Clear communication, accountability, and time management.

  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, calm under deadline pressure.

  • Preferences: EPC or industrial project experience.
